Paris Saint-Germain is just coming off of a 3-0 home win over Nimes Olympique. PSG received goals from Angel Di Maria, Pablo Sarabia and Kylian Mbappe in the match as the side went on to bounce back from its loss to Lorient.

Overall, PSG has scored 53 Ligue 1 goals, which ranks most in the league this season. PSG is now averaging 2.30 goals per game in league play this season, which is just behind its 2.78 figure last season. And out of these 53 league goals for PSG, Kylian Mbappe has had an involvement in 22 of them with 15 goals and seven assists.

More so, PSG’s 53 goals scored in Ligue 1 play puts them at the second-most within Europe’s top five leagues this season behind FC Bayern Munich (57).

Bayern is averaging 3.0 goals per game in Bundesliga play this season. And out of those 57 goals scored from Bayern this season, Robert Lewandowski has chipped in for an astounding 30 of them with 24 goals and six assists.

It is no surprise that these two teams have had their way in putting together dominant attacking performances this season.
