Kylian Mbappé and Ousmane Dembélé have experience playing together with Les Bleus. So, it was a matter of time before the two began clicking for Paris Saint-Germain.
The Frenchmen played together in the second half against Toulouse FC in the 1-1 draw on Aug. 19. However, when facing RC Lens on Saturday, Mbappé and Dembélé’s chemistry was on display.
OptaJean pointed out on Twitter that the duo exchanged 12 balls against Lens (six passes each to each other). Furthermore, the passes to each other increased after only connecting twice in the 45 minutes shared against Toulouse (two balls from Dembélé to Mbappé).

The two didn’t connect on a goal in the contest, but they’re moving in a positive direction in terms of developing chemistry at the club level.
Nonetheless, Marco Asensio and Luis Enrique praised the two for their performance, so it’s only a matter of time before they assist each other’s goals this season.
