Over the past few days, rumors of a potential coaching carousel at Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United are surfacing once again.
In November, there were talks about former Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane taking over at the capital club while Mauricio Pochettino headed to Old Trafford.
Nonetheless, that didn’t occur, but now these rumors are surfacing again, and Marca’s José Félix Díaz (via Canal Supporters) is the latest the confirm the news.
According to the Spanish journalist, the leaders at PSG say Zidane represents the future. There have been contacts between the two parties, and there is a mutual willingness to work together with an arrival coming in June.
Meanwhile, when it comes to Pochettino, Díaz states that the Argentine tactician will end the season with the French giants because he knows Manchester United is waiting for him.
This report comes off the heels of RMC Sport’s Daniel Riolo reporting that Zidane will be hired by June “at the latest” and Le Parisien journalist Dominique Sévérac stating a deal between Manchester United and Pochettino is nearly done.
