Report: PSG Ready to Help Serie A Club With Salary Responsibility for Layvin Kurzawa

The January transfer window will open soon, and Paris Saint-Germain has begun offloading players who have no future at the capital club. This week, they finalized a loan deal that sent Rafinha to Real Sociedad.

PSG hopes that it’s the beginning of an exodus of players this coming month, and the next player that could be on his way out is Layvin Kurzawa. According to Il Messaggero (via Paris Fans), Lazio wants to pursue the left-back, and the Ligue 1 side is ready to make a deal.

However, the Italian media outlet reports that the salary might be a problem. Nonetheless, Les Parisiens prepared to take over part of Kurzawa’s salary as part of a loan, probably with an option to purchase.

A recent report by Foot Mercato suggests that Kurzawa wants to play more but isn’t willing to sacrifice a large portion of his wages to get more playing time, which is why PSG is willing to share some of that responsibility.
