Paris Saint-Germain has officially announced the contract signings of two prospects in Edouard Michut and Djeidi Gassama. Both players signed three-year deals that will keep them within PSG’s youth system up until 2023. For the two youngsters, it was their first professional contract.
Michut has become a quick stock-riser in PSG’s youth system. He is a regular for PSG’s U17 side. The 17-year-old also recently made his debut for the France U17 team, which later included playing in all 90 minutes of a friendly contest against Denmark’s U17 side. PSG also announced that he will take part in PSG U19’s UEFA Youth League run.
Gassama also became a regular for PSG’s U17 team. The 16-year-old forward is viewed as a speedy winger; he recorded 11 goal contributions over the campaign.
Look for the two to continue to receive grand opportunities for PSG. They should continue their rise in the youth system and also are viewed as promising talents for France’s youth international teams.
