Kylian Mbappé is playing like a man possessed for Paris Saint-Germain. The Frenchman opened up the scoring against Dijon FCO to put PSG up 1-0. It was Mbappé’s seventh goal in his last four games since returning from a serious hamstring injury.
Flawless finish gives @KMbappe his 7th goal of the season and @PSG_English a 1-0 lead over @DFCO_Officiel #DFCOPSG

Kylian Mbappe is a goal machine!
Here’s his goal to put PSG ahead of Dijon!

The goal against Dijon in the 19th minute was trademark Mbappé. He played a ball forward that ping-ponged around before falling to Angel Di Maria. With the Dijon defense sleeping a bit, Mbappé raced past whoever was marking him using his world-class speed and Di Maria picked out the 20-year-old with an inch-perfect through ball. The assist was Di Maria’s ninth in all competitions this season.
I previously predicted that Julian Draxler would start for Di Maria to give him a rest but clearly Thomas Tuchel feels he is in too good of form to sit on the bench. Hopefully, though, PSG can pour on a few more goals to put this game out of reach and give some of the starters a break.
