Paris Saint-Germain doesn’t have a sporting director, as Luis Campos is with the capital club in an advisory role. Nonetheless, the Portuguese club has begun rebuilding the squad into one that’s team-oriented.
Campos and Co. moved off high-priced talents like Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr., Marco Verratti, and Sergio Ramos this past summer. Furthermore, he overhauled the attack and midfield. There have been growing pains, but the team is beginning to respond to the new manager, Luis Enrique.
Even though the situation in Paris is going in the right direction, that’s not the case at Celta Vigo. Campos is also an advisor to the Spanish club, and their situation isn’t heading in the right direction.
As a result, Diario AS reports that the future of Campos at Celta Vigo is in question. According to the Spanish media outlet, he prioritizes his work at PSG, which causes deep disappointment at the La Liga side.

Celta Vigo is currently in 18th place and the relegation zone with six points in nine matches. It will be interesting to see what Campos does to keep them in La Liga so they avoid heading into the second division.
