As a result, Le Parisien reports that the 24-year-old expressed his openness to extending his stay beyond the current season. Mbappé will become a free agent next summer after opting to decline his 2025 option.

The French media outlet notes that Mbappé has firmly denied the existence of any secret agreement with Real Madrid. The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner will likely remain with PSG this season. So the rumors linking him to the Spanish giants will probably continue.
PSG has made Mbappé the face of the club, but will that be enough for the Frenchman to remain long-term with his hometown side? Only time will tell and how successful the squad is this season.
