End of an Era? PSG Open to Neymar Offers Amid Squad Restructuring – Report

The rumors regarding Neymar Jr. circulated on Monday, with a report from L’Equipe noting that the Brazilian wants out of Paris Saint-Germain.

Neymar’s father denied the reports from the French media outlet. Nonetheless, Sky Sports’ Kaveh Solhekol reports that the capital club will listen to offers for Neymar this summer.

According to Solhekol, the French giants could accept an offer of anywhere between £50 million and £80 million, depending on who the bidding club is.

Furthermore, the Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé, and Neymar era is over as PSG builds a new younger, hungrier team.

Mbappé remains available for sale in a parallel development, suggesting a pivotal transformation in the club’s future. The 24-year-old is linked to Real Madrid, who is vying for their time to make an offer.

Nonetheless, there are a couple of weeks left until the summer transfer window closes to see if the Brazilian stays in the French capital.

Should he exit, he will likely have to take a pay cut. Neymar’s former agent believes there’s no other way around the situation.

“Neymar earns a lot of money, and I don’t know if there will be a club that can pay him,” André Cury said. “To leave, he must lower his salary.

“Today, I don’t see anyone who can pay him what he earns, only clubs in Saudi Arabia. Today the Barcelona option is unfeasible because they can’t afford to pay it.”
