FC Barcelona intends to do everything possible to reunite with Paris Saint-Germain forward Lionel Messi. The Argentine becomes a free agent when his contract with the French giants expires on June 30.
However, one concern is a possible reunion from someone inside the Messi camp, his father. Spanish journalist Gerard Romero reported on Thursday that Jorge Messi is concerned over the Spanish tax authorities.
The Spanish tax authorities are one of Jorge Messi's concerns with Messi's possible return to Barcelona.

The report doesn’t say if it’s a concern for his finances or his son, but Messi has seen teammates close him, such as Neymar Jr., who had a debt of €34.6 million in unpaid taxes while he played at Barcelona from 2013 to 2017.
It will be interesting to see if this plays a prominent role in Messi’s return or if the camp deals with any future issues with the Spanish tax authority. Nonetheless, the Catalan side has reportedly made a first offer to the 35-year-old.
A recent report reveals that Messi has a proposal of €25 million per season offer with a contract until 2025.
