Paris Saint-Germain sporting advisor Luis Campos is reportedly keen on reuniting with Manchester City attacking midfielder Bernardo Silva, who he had at AS Monaco.
Silva is under contract until 2025 with the Premier League club, but the Portugal international could look for a new project. Relevo’s Matteo Moretto reported on Wednesday that PSG has already made an offer for Silva.

Nonetheless, Moretto adds that Manchester City and the Portuguese will wait until the end of the season to decide.
The player is concentrated on the UEFA Champions League final and has not yet given his OK. PSG has Silva as their priority target and Randal Kolo Muani to reinforce the attack this summer transfer window.
However, 1998 FIFA World Cup winner Bixente Lizarazu recently stated that he believes PSG is not the correct destination for the Portuguese.
“For him, no, it’s not a good idea,” Lizarazu said on Telefoot. “Because he needs to be in a well-oiled collective, which is not the case with Paris Saint-Germain. And he might not have the same performance as many other players in Paris.
“He is a magnificent player and magnified by the game of City, of Guardiola, which corresponds perfectly to him, with this technical quality to keep the ball, to make passes, to dribble, the game in [a] triangle and then he is able to to be a goalscorer. It is complete.”
On the Silva front, the Ligue 1 side does face competition for the talented offensive player. FC Barcelona is reportedly in the mix as they also look to revamp their attack for the 2023-24 season, which might include adding Lionel Messi as a free agent.
