Transfer Battle? Leeds, Newcastle In Competition to Land PSG’s £20M Starlet

Paris Saint-Germain forward Arnaud Kalimuendo is available for the right price. The 20-year-old has been linked to various clubs, and it seems like a competition to land the France international is picking up.

According to CBS Sports’ Ben Jacobs, Leeds United, Newcastle United, Ajax, and Atalanta have all made inquiries to PSG about Kalimuendo.

Furthermore, Leeds manager Jesse Marsch wants a striker, but that won’t be Club Brugge’s Charles De Ketelaere, who is getting nearer to a Milan move. Jacobs adds that PSG wants £20 million for the goal scorer who spent last season on loan at RC Lens.

The reporter suggests that the PSG starlet would be a perfect fit for Newcastle United after they failed to land Stade de Reims Hugo Ekitike and attempt to find young talent to support Callum Wilson.

During his loan stint with Lens last season, he made 38 appearances for the Ligue 1 side, where he scored 13 goals while recording zero assists
