Report: Agent for Juventus Midfielder Inquiries About Possible Return to PSG

Former Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot didn’t leave the capital club on the best terms. After the French giants did everything to make their youth product happy, he ended up exiting on a free transfer to Juventus.

Since arriving in 2019, the switch to Turin hasn’t worked out so much that Juventus didn’t include the 27-year-old on the list of players who came to the United States to begin preparations for the 2022-23 season.

According to Corriere dello Sport (via Mondo Bianconero), Rabiot is looking around to find possible interested teams. Olympique Lyonnais has reportedly expressed interest, but the France international wants a club with more ambition.

Meanwhile, his mother and agent, Veronique Rabiot, is trying to understand the feasibility of a possible return to PSG. In June, there was a report of sporting director Luis Campos and manager Christophe Galtier having an interest in the midfielder.

However, it was later rebuffed, with information saying that the Ligue 1 side eyes Lille OSC’s Renato Sanches, which they haven’t yet closed the deal. If they strike out on the Portugal international, they might consider Rabiot, but it’s hard to envision PSG supporters welcoming him with open arms.
