For the moment, Kylian Mbappe will stay on with Paris Saint-Germain. The French powerhouse has reportedly withdrawn from transfer talks with Real Madrid over a possible transfer deal for the forward.
From Mbappe’s standpoint, he respects and accepts PSG’s decision to end the discussions with the La Liga side on this matter, as noted by RMC Sport.
Mbappe has already accepted that he will not join Real Madrid over the final days of the summer transfer window and is content with staying at PSG.
Real Madrid had submitted a pair of transfer offers to PSG for Mbappe. Still, PSG remained stern in its ambition to keep the forward despite the fact that he is currently set to become a free agent next year.
Real Madrid could always relaunch another effort to sign Mbappe before the transfer window closes, but for the moment, the forward will continue his PSG career over this season.
Mbappe currently leads Ligue 1 in goal contributions with five, as he has notched three goals and two assists over five league games played this season.
