Paris Saint-Germain may soon be in for a major goalkeeper dilemma.
The French powerhouse is well on the verge of signing free agent goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, who is expected to sign with the club following the ongoing Euro 2020 tournament.
Current PSG starting goalkeeper Keylor Navas has not been all on board with this impending move, as one recent report noted that the Costa Rican is considering leaving the club over the ongoing summer transfer window.
Amid Navas’ uncertainty with his PSG future, manager Mauricio Pochettino is all in to keeping the veteran goalkeeper at the club, according to a report from ESPN.
The report notes that there is a “small chance” that PSG will opt to send Donnarumma away on a one-season loan deal once he signs with the club, as Pochettino wants him and Navas in the team next season.
More so, Navas is well expected to kick off next season as the team’s starting goalkeeper.
It remains to be seen on just how this goalkeeper dilemma will play out over the course of the upcoming new season.
