PSG Mercato: English Journalist Claims Paris SG Has Reached an Agreement With Gianluigi Donnarumma

Ever since the return of Leonardo as Paris Saint-Germain’s sporting director, the capital club has been linked to AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Nonetheless, the transfer price always seemed excessive for the French giants to pay, which is why no move ever occurred. However, the 22-year-old can now leave on a free transfer, and Les Parisiens appears to have a deal in place for Donnarumma.

According to English football journalist Duncan Castles, PSG has agreed to an agreement and could be loan out in the first year of his contract. No further details were revealed over wages and contract length.

Despite having Keylor Navas taking claim to the position, it seems the capital club has one eye on the future, considering the Costa Rica international is 34-years-old.

Regardless Navas still can perform at a high level, and it makes sense for PSG to loan out potentially Donnarumma, who would be the number one goalkeeper in waiting.
