Paris Saint-Germain could pull off multiple changes with its center forward depth chart this summer. Mauro Icardi has been in the rumor mill regarding a possible departure from the club over the upcoming summer transfer window, while Moise Kean remains on par to return to parent club Everton.
Amid the uncertainty over just who will be PSG’s starting center forward next season, the club has been linked with multiple top goal-scorers, including Bayern Munich forward Robert Lewandowski.
From Lewandowski’s perspective, he is not completely ruling out a possible departure from Bayern this summer. In speaking to Canal Plus, the Polish striker left the door open to a potential move away from the reigning Bundesliga winners.
“I remain open-minded,” Lewandowski said. “I feel very good at Bayern, the city is superb, it’s a great club. I am always curious to learn a new language, a new culture. But whether it will be in football or after my career, even I don’t know.”
Lewandowski set a new record this past season for the most goals scored in a single Bundesliga campaign with 41. There have been no reports indicating that Bayern would be open to offloading Lewandowski after such a superb campaign, so he may very well stay put at the Bavarian powerhouse for the next season.
