Stat Shows That PSG Has Been One of the More Efficient Teams in Converting Goal-Scoring Chances This Season

When a team has a trio of players who are each capable of posting a 20-goal league campaign with ease, it is expected that the side will be among the best in creating and converting goal-scoring chances. This has been the case for Paris Saint-Germain so far this season with Neymar, Kylian Mbappe, and Moise Kean leading the way.

PSG has scored 67 goals in Ligue 1 play this season with 37 of them coming from its Neymar, Mbappe, and Kean trio. These three players have also played an instrumental role in helping PSG rank among the best when it comes to converting key goal-scoring chances.

As noted by WhoScored, PSG sits at a 15 percent conversion rate, which ranks behind only Bayern Munich (17 percent), AS Monaco (15.7 percent), Inter Milan (15.3 percent), and Atletico Madrid (15.1 percent) among all teams in Europe’s top five leagues this season.

PSG not only has multiple players who can score goals with ease, but it is also filled with talents who can create high-percentage goal-scoring opportunities on a regular basis.
