Report: Neymar Likely to Miss PSG’s Upcoming Fixtures Against Nantes and Lille Due to Injury

Neymar still remains out of action due to the adductor injury that he suffered during the Coupe de France knockout stage fixture against Caen last month. As a result, the Brazilian went on to miss multiple fixtures as of late, including both of PSG’s UEFA Champions League matches against Barcelona.

At the moment, the projection is that Neymar could be back in time for PSG’s Ligue 1 showdown against Olympique Lyonnais, according to a report from Telefoot‘s Julien Maynard.

This may put him on par to be ruled out for PSG’s Ligue 1 fixture against Nantes and next week’s massive Coupe de France duel against current league-leaders Lille OSC.

PSG remains cautious with Neymar’s recovery from his injury. The club simply does not want to rush him back into action only to see the forward suffer a major setback, which would then once again extend his time being away from the pitch.
