Paris Saint-Germain could be in the market for a striker to compliment or the very least back up starter Mauro Icardi, especially if the capital club decides not to pay Everton FC’s asking price for Moise Kean.
If Les Parisiens decide to say goodbye to the 20-year-old, the French giants could go after a familiar name that manager Mauricio Pochettino knows quite well. According to El Chiringuito de Jugones‘ Jose Alvarez Haya, PSG is reportedly having talks with Manchester City FC striker Sergio Agüero.
The 32-year-old’s contract will expire in June, and it seems as though the Argentina international is ready for a new challenge. Furthermore, Pochettino is familiar with Agüero during his time managing in the Premier League.
Although PSG is showing interest in the City striker, other candidates are vying for Agüero as he decides where his next stop will be. The Spanish football journalist states that FC Barcelona and Juventus FC are also having discussions with Agüero.
