With Ander Herrera not available for Paris Saint-Germain’s Ligue 1 home fixture against Montpellier, PSG manager Mauricio Pochettino went with Leandro Paredes to take hold of one of the two double-pivot spots.
The Argentine did not disappoint in the match. He completed 105 passes, recorded seven long balls, tacked on three interceptions and logged two ground duels won.
Paredes held his own in his third straight appearance under Pochettino.
