Paris Saint-Germain’s Ligue 1 underperformances continued in its recent 1-1 draw result against AS Saint-Etienne. In Mauricio Pochettino’s debut match as the club’s new manager, PSG simply could not breakthrough for the second goal. But now in his second match in charge, Pochettino turns to the league fixture against Brest to pick up his first win as the club’s new manager. This fixture is also his first home match for the club, so it sure would be special for him to return to the Parc des Princes with a win.
Here is how Pochettino is lining up his side against Brest.

PSG goalkeeper Keylor Navas once again takes the start for PSG at goalkeeper. One could make a strong case that he has been the top goalkeeper in Ligue 1 this season.
As was the case in the last fixture agent AS Saint-Etienne, PSG will rely on team captain Marquinhos to lead the team’s backline.
PSG will once again go to Ander Herrera to take the start as a base midfielder with the likes of Leandro Paredes and Rafinha out for this fixture.
It seems that Pochettino is rolling with Marco Verratti to take hold of the central attacking midfield role, but this could change depending on the Italian’s positioning. Meanwhile, both Kylian Mbappe and Angel Di Maria will occupy the role of the wide wingers for the side.
Moise Kean scored in the team’s last league fixture against AS Saint-Etienne and will look to notch his 11th goal in all competitions for the side.
A win for PSG is needed to at the least keep its second-place standing in the league table.
