Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Julian Draxler made a short cameo during the team’s Ligue 1 home fixture against Brest. The German midfielder played in nine minutes of the fixture and had a quality output while on the pitch thanks to his 12 passes completed and two goal-scoring chances created.
The performance was not much memorable for Draxler, but he did log a minor milestone in his PSG tenure as he made his 100th career appearance in Ligue 1 play.
He became the 68th player in PSG’s history to log 100 appearances in league play, according to Transfermarkt. He joins the likes of Marquinhos among the current active players who have reached this number.
The PSG midfielder joined the club during the 2016-2017 season and has been a regular for the side in league play since then. More so, he has chipped in for 32 goal contributions over his century of appearances for PSG with 13 goals and 19 assists.
One can not forget his trio of Ligue 1 honors won while with the team as well.
