Juan Bernat is still recovering from his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury he sustained in September during Le Classique against Olympique de Marseille. The last update that the Spain international provided was two months ago when he published a video of himself taking his steps on crutches.
Fast forward to December, and the 27-year-old is now taking part in training sessions where he’s beginning to incorporate a ball into his rehabilitation as he posted a photo on Instagram. The left-back looks to be inching closer to a return and could be back in time for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 matchup against FC Barcelona.
