Mbappe Finished 5th Behind the Likes of Lewandowski and Ronaldo in an Impressive 2020 Goals Stat

Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe orchestrated one of the more well-rounded years of his career in 2020. Of course, Mbappe continued to produce goal-scoring wise for PSG and the French national team. But the French forward also chipped in as a playmaker thanks to his 15 total assists for both club and country.

More so, Mbappe was among the more efficient goal-scoring forwards in the continent this year. The PSG forward did not need penalties to stat-pad on his goal-scoring count as without counting these such goals, he notched a combined 26 goals for both club and country in the calendar year.

Counting total goals without penalties, Mbappe’s 26 goals ranked fifth behind players such as FC Bayern Munich’s Robert Lewandowski and Juventus’ Cristiano Ronaldo.

Mbappe much shared the penalty attempt responsibilities with Neymar over the season with PSG. Mbappe surely is now a regular in impressive top goal lists thanks to his prowess as a versatile forward.
