Paris Saint-Germain claimed their 13th Coupe de France title in club history on Friday with a 1-0 win over AS Saint-Étienne and Presnel Kimpembe led the post-match celebration.

Kimpembe didn’t play a single minute against Saint-Étienne, which is a conversation for another time, but having come up through the PSG academy, the Frenchman relishes every trophy won by the club whether he played a part in the final or not.
During the post-match press conference featuring manager Thomas Tuchel, Marquinhos, and captain Thiago Silva, Kimpembe interrupted with a large bottle of champagne and proceeded to spray its contents all over his manager and teammates.
Things got slightly awkward when Kimpembe focused on Tuchel and sprayed him directly in the face. Tuchel responded by throwing a towel. Perhaps this was Kimpembe’s way of punishing his manager for not starting him in a cup final?
According to journalist Ambre Godillon, Kimpembe’s antics apparently ruined the microphones and video feed. Whoops!

PSG have another cup final on July 31, against Olympique Lyonnais in the Coupe de la Ligue final. We’ll have to see if Kimpembe gets the start or if his manager will keep him on the bench.
