Wanda Icardi is arguably just as famous as her husband and client, Mauro Icardi, who she recently negotiated a four-year contract to remain at Paris Saint-Germain following his loan from Inter Milan.
The Icardi’s are one of the most famous couples in world football and it’s true that you really can’t mention one without the other. Not all of the publicity has been positive and at times, their lives can seem like a soap opera.
In addition to being her husband’s agent, Mrs. Icardi also appears on talk shows and reality TV programs in Italy. In a recent interview with Gente (via Le Parisien), she confirmed that two large content providers are interested in telling her story.
“Casually, this year, two big groups offered me to tell my life: Netflix and HBO. I am examining the possible forms of bringing this story to life.”
Make no mistake about it though, Wanda responded with, “Of course!” when asked if she will participate before elaborating on what viewers can expect to see.
“Many people think that they already know everything about me, while I swear, I still have very crisp things to reveal to the public. From what they told me, part of it will be filmed in Argentina, and all the rest in Europe. But don’t ask me which actress will slip into my skin, because I have no idea!”
It seems like all of the major players in the streaming wars have taken notice to the potential storylines at Paris Saint-Germain. Neymar Jr. is expected to have a documentary out on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video is producing one on the club itself.
If this pandemic continues on through the rest of the year, PSG may have plenty to watch and discuss while in confinement.
