Kylian Mbappé is not of this planet. He is some kind of football alien sent to Earth to completely dominate anyone who dares try to defend him.
Unfortunately, we won’t get too many chances to see the Paris Saint-Germain superstar in action with the 2019-20 Ligue 1 season now canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. There’s still a chance for the UEFA Champions League to resume in August, but nothing is certain in this new world we’re living in.
This season, Mbappé has scored 30 goals through 33 appearances, including 18 in Ligue 1 and another five in the Champions League. When he’s not scoring goals, he’s setting up his teammates. The Frenchman has 17 assists this season with the most coming against Ligue 1 opposition.
While we wait for a decision regarding the Champions League, now is a good time to take a quick look back at some of Mbappé’s best skills from the season.
