There were plenty of images that brought character to the 97th meeting between Olympique de Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain. The Collectif Ultras Paris started everything by unveiling Shenron along with dragon balls representing the Ligue 1 titles over the years. As the match progressed, the ultras continued the use of tifos to take jabs at their hated rival.
Once the game was underway, there were plenty of photos from the nights’ action considering PSG took the early lead and never looked back. There were plenty of celebratory moments for the capital club, as they scored four goals in the first half.
Although he’s played quite a few matches and scored significant goals early in his tenure for PSG, it felt as though his two goals against Marseille were Mauro Icardi’s coming out party. Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappé would chip in with two of his own to put away the game, and it included a celebration of tears.
