Manchester United to Hold Talks with Star Goal Scorer About His Future Amid PSG Links

Paris Saint-Germain faces the task of finding a replacement for Kylian Mbappé this summer, and they are considering signing multiple players to fill his role. Among the names frequently mentioned is Marcus Rashford, the Manchester United star currently surrounded by transfer speculation.

PSG’s interest in Rashford has fluctuated over time. While there have been previous rumors linking the Ligue 1 champions with the English forward, no concrete deal has materialized thus far. With the summer transfer window now open, rumors of Rashford potentially joining PSG have resurfaced once again.

Nonetheless, there are conflicting reports on whether the Red Devils are keen on selling the player this summer. Recently, information from Football Transfers reported that Manchester United isn’t planning for Rashford to leave, and they fully expect him to be part of the team for the new season.

Additionally, PSG have no interest in Rashford and is focusing on other targets. The latest information comes from The Mirror, which reports that Rashford is set to hold talks with Manchester United’s new sporting director, Dan Ashworth, as his future hangs in the balance.

In the 2023-24 season, Rashford played in 43 matches across all competitions for the Red Devils, scoring eight goals and assisting five times. This was a noticeable drop from his impressive form in the 2022-23 season, during which he scored 30 goals and provided 10 assists in 56 appearances.
