FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain will clash on April 10 for the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal tie at the Parc des Princes. The Catalan side will have 10 days off before the match and one expert believes that they’re clicking at the right time.
Xavi Hernandez and his team are coming off an impressive 1-0 win over Las Palmas thanks to a goal from Raphinha on Saturday at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys.
Barcelona will be heading into the contest on a winning note and SPORT’s Toni Juanmartí believes that the Spanish side need to find their best level to advance past PSG.
“That Barça has improved in solidity (not brilliance) seems evident to me,” Juanmartí stated on X. “The question is whether it is enough to knock down PSG. I believe that if Barça is at the top, they will have a chance to pass. Now, in 10 days the moment of truth arrives.”

The Parisians will have three matches before the first leg against Barcelona. PSG face Olympique de Marseille on Sunday, OGC Nice in the Coupe de France semifinal, and Clermont Foot. As a result, the Ligue 1 side will have their legs in game form, but there’s also the chance for an injury to happen.
