FC Barcelona will have a few days off ahead of the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarterfinal tie against Paris Saint-Germain. Nonetheless, one of the storylines during this mini-break for the Catalan side is the health status of Pedri.
Despite the rest over the next few days, the Barcelona standout might not be ready for the first match on April 10 at the Parc des Princes. A recent report revealed that Pedri is nearing the end of his recovery process.
Furthermore, the information noted that there’s a chance he might feature in one of the legs against PSG in the Champions League. However, a report on Sunday casts doubt on the 21-year-old playing in France.
According to SPORT, Pedri is expected to be unavailable for the first leg against PSG. As a result, all eyes will be on the midfielder’s availability for the second leg in Barcelona on April 16, which, depending on how the first leg plays out, could be a do-or-die contest.
❗It's expected that Pedri will not be available for the first leg against PSG.

Still, if the report is accurate, it’s a significant blow to the Spanish side not to have Pedri for both legs.
