Following more than 30 minutes of scoreless football, Kylian Mbappe put Paris Saint-Germain on the board with the game’s first goal. Stade Brestois turned the ball over on their end, leading to the build-up of the 25-year-old’s goal.
After PSG gained possession following the turnover, Warren Zaïre-Emery swiftly passed to Mbappe, who unleashed a shot with such force that the Brest goalkeeper had no chance of stopping it.
Now, the Parisians will need to hold onto this lead and not cough it up like they did over a week and a half ago.
