If Kylian Mbappé believes this year is the year he should join Real Madrid, he cannot act as though the past rejections never happened. One journalist believes the Frenchman must make amends for his past actions.

“Real Madrid wants Mbappé to show that he has changed,” Pedrerol said (h/t Le10Sport). “If he comes, he will do so under the conditions set by the club. Otherwise, he will go elsewhere.”
However, another journalist recently stated that Real Madrid should consider moving away from this saga. After a 4-0 win against Girona FC last Saturday, Tomas Roncero of Diario AS believes it’s time to shift away from pursuing Mbappé and concentrate on Real Madrid’s top-notch players, who currently lead the La Liga table.
Nevertheless, expect Real Madrid to remain contenders for the 2018 FIFA World Cup champion until his decision is made.
