Kylian Mbappé will reportedly leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer when his contract expires in June. The expectation is that the 25-year-old will sign as a free agent with Real Madrid, but could the Spanish side be taking another PSG player?
One of the players that Mbappé is close to on the squad is right-back Achraf Hakimi, who came up through Real Madrid’s youth system. Well, the La Liga side might want their former player back soon.
Sports Zone reports that Hakimi, who is under contract until 2026, wants to leave PSG. According to the information from the outlet, Los Blancos are keen on pursuing the player in 2025, but that might have to change since they’re not alone in monitoring the player.
Manchester City are keeping an eye on the 25-year-old, as they could also be ready to swoop in to land the player. Nonetheless, Paris still hopes to extend his contract and does not want to sell him.

If Hakimi makes his intentions clear of not wanting to sign a contract extension, then PSG might have no choice but to sell him, whether it’s to Real Madrid, Manchester City, or another interested club.
