Paris Saint-Germain must find a replacement for Kylian Mbappé’s production next season. Various names have surfaced in the rumor mill, and one of them is Marcus Rashford.
Although the Manchester United star has been linked to the French giants in the past, one report reveals where the Englishman fits into PSG’s plans to replace the outgoing Mbappé.
Football Insider reports, citing sources, that Rashford is not at the top of the list for the Parisians. Furthermore, the Ligue 1 giants will instead first try moves for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen and AC Milan star Rafael Leao.
Rashford is behind the Serie A duo in the pecking order of potential Mbappe replacements at PSG. Recently, there’s another Serie A player who has come too late as a possible option.
RMC Sport pundit Daniel Riolo believes that the current Ligue 1 leaders will be eyeing Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee. The 22-year-old has appeared in 27 matches across all competitions for the Italian side, scoring 10 goals and registering six assists this season.
