Mbappé can sign a pre-contract with any club beginning January 1. So, the Spanish giants will likely be looking to take with the 24-year-old and his camp. However, the fear reportedly Real Madrid has is another rejection.
Achraf Hakimi recently appeared on El Desmarque, and of course, he was asked about the entire saga. Hakimi, who came up through Real Madrid’s youth system, gave an honest take on the whole situation.
“It’s not my thing,” Hakimi told the Spanish media outlet. “That’s for him to decide. He is happy, quite happy and he shows it. Let’s hope he stays with us for much longer.
“The truth is that we don’t talk about that. He doesn’t have it in mind. We talk about ourselves, about the present, about Paris, and the truth is we hope to do great things together.”

All eyes will be on what the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner will do with his future. Mbappé will become a free agent in June 2024, and Real Madrid feels this is finally the year they land the winger. Meanwhile, PSG remains calm about the situation, hoping they can secure their star player for the future.
