Stat Shows Impressive Transition by Milan Škriniar from Inter to PSG

Paris Saint-Germain defender Milan Škriniar is in his first year with the capital club after arriving as a free agent from Inter Milan this summer. The 28-year-old has helped the defense solidify itself to start this 2023–24 Ligue 1 season.

The French giants have conceded three goals in four games to start this campaign. While Škriniar is flourishing and making the transition from Italian football easy, the Slovakian has also helped in other aspects of his game.

LiveScore pointed out on Twitter that no other player in Europe’s top five leagues has completed more passes so far this season than Škriniar (469). The veteran hopes to translate his early success with the French giants into national team success.

Slovakia will face Portugal on Match Day 5 of the 2024 UEFA Euro qualifying matches. Furthermore, Škriniar and Co. have 10 points through four matchdays. With a possible win over the Portuguese side, they can have a clear path to playing international football next summer.
