Jude Bellingham is off to an excellent start at Real Madrid. The 20-year-old has scored five goals and registered one assist for the Spanish giants this 2023-24 campaign.
Furthermore, there’s a campaign from El Chiringuito host Josep Pedrerol regarding the midfielder. The Spanish journalist provided a bold take stating that the best player in the world right now isn’t Kylian Mbappé or Erling Haaland. It’s Bellingham.
While the Englishman is proving to be one of the top signings so far this summer, Paris Saint-Germain could have entered the race for the midfielder.
Le Parisien reports that before Bellingham went to Real Madrid for €103 million, PSG sporting advisor Luis Campos was asked about recruiting the midfielder. However, the Portuguese club chief notes that the team already has a player at the ex-Borussia Dortmund star level.

Campos believes that Warren Zaire-Emery is equivalent to Bellingham, and there’s no need to spend that money. So far, the 17-year-old is beginning to solidify himself as a starting midfielder under manager Luis Enrique.
It will be interesting to see how their careers play out, considering they are barely beginning. Zaire-Emery could receive national attention this season, especially with him likely playing in the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
