It’s no secret that Paris Saint-Germain wants to sign a world-class striker this summer, and Tottenham’s Harry Kane appears to be at the top of their list.
According to an exclusive report from PSG Community, PSG’s new manager, Luis Enrique, has made Kane his priority signing for the striker role. The report indicates that PSG is prepared to offer a five-year contract (four years plus an option for a fifth) and a salary of more than €16 million. Kane is open to a move to PSG, reportedly, but would require a shorter contract of around three years.
An interesting aspect of the report is that Nasser Al-Khelaifi, PSG’s president, and Daniel Levy, Tottenham’s chairman, are in discussion over a potential deal with Les Parisiens, willing to include midfielder, Fabian Ruiz, to get the deal done.

The news comes as FC Bayern Munich also tries to convince Levy to part ways with Kane. Transfer journalist, Fabrizio Romano, claims that Bayern has submitted multiple bids for Kane, including the latest of €80 million, plus add-ons for the England international.

PSG could rival Bayern at that transfer fee. It was reported today that PSG could also be interested in Randal Kolo Muani for around €90 million. How much higher they can go will likely rely on future player sales.

Who PSG signs as their next striker will reportedly have to wait until the club sorts out the situation with Kylian Mbappé. If he’s sold to Real Madrid, expect the club to outbid Bayern and any other club for Kane, Muani, and anyone else they want. If Mbappé stays, well, PSG could be looking at a lethal attack heading into next season.
Spurs don’t need another midfielder at the loss of Kane. Don’t need another midfielder period.
