The summer transfer window is at the midway point, with one more month to go. While there are plenty of sagas that many will be following, the one that’s taking up all the oxygen is the Kylian Mbappé one.
Real Madrid appears to be the primary destination for the 24-year-old, who has one year left on his contract. The capital club wants to sell and not let their star player exit as a free agent next summer.
Le Parisien reports that the Spanish club has the financial means to secure the services of the French superstar. Still, they understand that if Mbappé wants to move to Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, Real Madrid can wait.

However, with waiting comes other teams lurking, such as Al-Hilal. If Los Blancos wait, they might run the risk of a European club convincing the Frenchman to join their project. Real Madrid has to balance whether they remain patient or become aggressive and land the player they’ve long coveted.
PSG believes it’s a matter of time before they get into the action, so in a few weeks, one of these clubs will be wrong.
