Paris Saint-Germain manager Christophe Galtier has an uncertain future after crashing out in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 to Bayern Munich.
One of the names rumored to replace him is former PSG boss Thomas Tuchel; however, if Galtier is sacked after this 2022-23 season, the capital club can scratch a possible reunion with the German manager. Fabrizio Romano reported, citing sources, that Tuchel is taking over at Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich went into the international break with a 2-1 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga. The result, coupled with Dortmund’s 6-1 win over Koln, means the German giants have been knocked off the top of the table.
As a result, changes were made to ensure that the Bundesliga side could return to the top spot and compete in the UEFA Champions League.
Regarding PSG, if Galtier is out after this season, it will be interesting to see where the capital club goes from here. Even if Tuchel wasn’t a realistic candidate, it appears many want the French giants to move on from the French manager.
Tuchel was the most successful manager PSG has had in terms of Champions League success. The German manager led the club to the final in 2020 but fell to Bayern Munich.
