Bayern Munich star Thomas Müller has a lot of respect for Kylian Mbappé as the 33-year-old revealed that the French man is one of his favorite players to watch at Paris Saint-Germain.
However, Müller knows that the UEFA Champions League second leg against PSG on Wednesday at Allianz Arena will be a challenging contest. Still, one thing is for sure; the German side cannot let Mbappé dominate the game.
“The most spectacular is Kylian; it’s an easy decision,” Müller told RMC Sport (h/t Paris Fans). “His explosiveness, his good choices, it’s super effective and I love it. I think the whole world likes to watch it. But if our plan works, he’s not going to have fun tomorrow.”
Suppose Mbappe has a dominant game against Bayern Munich. In that case, it increases PSG’s chances of overcoming the 1-0 hole the squad finds themselves in heading into the final 90 minutes of the contest.
The 24-year-old will have some help as Lionel Messi has scored three straight games for the capital club. It will be interesting to see if the two can muster up magic that allows PSG to have their comeback rather than being the team that chokes a lead in the second leg.
