It appears as though Paris Saint-Germain isn’t the only one dealing with injuries in the UEFA Champions League contest against Bayern Munich on Tuesday at the Parc des Princes.
Maximillian Koch reported, citing sources, that Thomas Muller said he was apparently subbed off due to a mild “calf discomfort” during Bayern Munich’s 3-0 win over VfL Bochum on Saturday at the Allianz Arena.
Despite exiting the game, Muller did not think the injury was severe, so it shouldn’t prevent the 33-year-old from playing in the first leg. However, the situation should be one to monitor leading into and during the game.

PSG is dealing with their injury woes as Kylian Mbappe will miss the first leg as he’s out for three weeks due to a left thigh injury. Meanwhile, it appears Lionel Messi will play despite the discomfort in his hamstring.
The capital club is also heading into the matchup with the German giants on a two-game losing streak, so morale right now isn’t high as PSG attempts to secure a win to generate a positive outlook.
