Paris Saint-Germain received terrible news on Thursday when the team announced that Kylian Mbappe is out three weeks after suffering an injury to the left thigh at the level of the femoral biceps.
Mbappe’s injury came early in the first half during PSG’s 3-1 victory over Montpellier on Wednesday at the Stade de la Mosson. However, the 24-year-old wasn’t the only player to pick up an injury during the game.
Sergio Ramos also picked up an injury. However, Le Parisien reported on Thursday, citing sources, that the Spanish defender won’t be missing the first leg UEFA Champions League clash against Bayern Munich.
The French media outlet states Ramos will not be absent from the squad for more than a few days. He should not play in Saturday’s Ligue 1 battle with Toulouse but could return to Olympique de Marseille on Wednesday in the Coupe de France.
Additionally, the duration of Ramos’ unavailability should be specified by PSG in the coming days, as Le Parisien didn’t provide an exact injury on the veteran.
