The January transfer window is open, so plenty of rumors are running wild on social media. However, it’s not only on platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, as fans are also making requests in person.
Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag was signing an autograph for a young fan when he was asked whether the team would sign Borussia Dortmund’s Jude Bellingham and Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe.
Instead of shrugging off the question, Ten Hag decided to have a little fun with his response.
“I want to, but … have you some pennies for me?” the Manchester United manager said jokingly.
