Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe once again made history in his UEFA Champions League career.
Mbappe was a standout performer in PSG’s 2-1 Champions League away group stage win over Juventus on matchday six, chipping in with two goal contributions in the contest. The French forward opened up the scoring in the match with a thunderous goal in the first half, which was the seventh goal of his ongoing Champions League campaign.
Overall, the goal for Mbappe against Juventus was the 40th of his Champions League career. As noted by the official Twitter account for the UEFA Champions League, he broke the record for the fastest to reach 40 Champions League goals (23 years and 317 days). Lionel Messi previously held this record (24 years and 130 days), which he managed to accomplish over the early days of his run at Barcelona.

Mbappe finished with the most goal contributions in Champions League group stage play this season with 10. For now, he is set to feature in PSG’s upcoming Ligue 1 away fixture against Lorient.
Mpape is sometimes selfish in his style of play he doesn’t like passing balls to his teammates, PSG should address such barbaric attitude.
