Done Deal? Financial Details Revealed as PSG Nears Transfer for Inter Milan’s Star Defender

Over the last few weeks, Paris Saint-Germain has been linked to Inter Milan central defender Milan Skriniar. There has been a lot of information regarding the capital club’s interest, but a new report indicates a deal is close to being done.

According to Paris Fans, the transfer is on the right track and would be somewhat surprising if it didn’t go through. The agreement between the two clubs is progressing well and is emerging for €76 million.

The base transfer is €61 million with €15 million in add-ons that the Ligue 1 champions will pay over two seasons. There are 3 million for the Ligue 1 title and 2 for the UEFA Champions League. An additional 10 million related to matches played.

PSG would thus pay 5 million if Skriniar plays 25 games in Ligue 1 and the Champions League combined during the first season, and it would be the same for the second season.

If Skriniar does indeed arrive, it will send Presnel Kimpembe and Sergio Ramos down the center-back depth chart. Furthermore, the 27-year-old might challenge Marquinhos for the best defender on the squad.
