Video: Tottenham Star Labels PSG’s Neymar as the Best Player in the World

Despite the issues with health and often clashing with Paris Saint-Germain supporters, there’s no denying that Neymar Jr. is one of the more talented footballers in the world.

The 30-year-old might get lost in the shuffle behind Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Erling Haaland. Nonetheless, for Tottenham Hotspur star forward Son Heung-min, there’s no better player than the Brazilian.

Ahead of South Korea’s friendly against Brazil, Son stated that for him, Neymar is indeed the best player in the world.

“Neymar is the best player in the world, and I think I am working hard to become the best player in the world,” he said at a press conference. “So, rather than being an issue like that, Brazil has a lot of really good players and I think if our players do their best to show what we have to show in that game, then we can have a good result.”

“Brazil has a lot of world-class players. Our players are very much looking forward to the match itself. And I think the most important thing is to play a good game by putting all our efforts into the match to show our best in front of a lot of fans.”
