“In Paris when we went to the Champions League final,” Paredes said. “I think that year was overall very good for us overall. We won four trophies on the domestic scene and we reached the final of the Champions League. For the club and for us, it was very important.”

The Argentine was also asked about his greatest joy in the PSG locker room, which he reminisced on the aftermath of the thrilling Champions League round of 16 tie win against Borussia Dortmund.

“The victory after the game against Dortmund that we won here, without our fans in the stadium, and then celebrating with them outside,” Paredes said. “That was really good.”
